Hi my name is Kate and I am just joining your group.... I found out I was pregnant one week ago so I am still awaiting a confirmation appointment on Oct 1st before I think it will all sink in.  If you had to give one pointer on surviving the 1st trimester what would it be?  Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the group.

Welcome! The 1st tri is really all about survival - eat well, rest, take your prenatel vitamin and drink lots of water.

Congrats!  My philosophy on 1st tri is to be thankful of each day that passes, to accept that there is a good chance I won't feel good, but love every second of it.  You just never know when it all might be taken away.  Also, drink LOTS of water and eat a lot of small meals!
