How much would you pay?

Ok, DH and I have been going back and forth on this. So obviously, he asked me to "Bump it" lol.

DH and I are going OOT for the weekend. We are leaving Friday afternoon and returning Sunday afternoon. Our friends 18 yo daughter will be watching DS for the weekend. She has watched him quite a few times, max being about 5 hours, but usually only an hour or two. Also, for the weekend her mom (who is my good friend) will be home to basically "supervise" JIC.

Before I say a number, how much would you pay?

$200??  I have absolutely no point of reference, but $100/day seems decent.  I am counting 1/2 of Friday and 1/2 of Sunday as one full day.

$50-$75 would be slave labor.

I'd say $250-$300. It has to be worth her while to give up her whole weekend.

OMG! That would only cover a (late) night out here! No way could you get away with paying someone only $75 for an entire weekend!

OP: I'd think $300 would be ok.

I'd say $150-200. I'm assuming daycare would be about $50/day and then add $$ for evening and overnight.

I would give at least $300, plus leave $ for food and activities all weekend.

I'd say about $300.  I see he's 11 months, and at that age they don't really entertain themselves much, so she won't get much of a break other than nap time.
