What's the word, bird?  I'm dying to know if you and your husband are any closer to a decision or accepting one of the possible matches.  Anything you care to share?

    I hesitate to write this.....

    but good fortune fell on us (thanks to FIL) and we are seriously considering....well, actually proceeding with BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!

    My parents are a bit freaked out.  But our plan was to try for two under two.  And this fits that bill :)

    As all of us know, adoption is so uncertain so it's possible one will fall apart... but there's also a possibility we will have two newborns by Thanksgiving!  WOW!!!

    PS-  I say I hesitate to write it.... just 'cause putting it out in the world makes it more real :)  We are beyond thrilled at the possibility.

    How unbelievable!  I was wondering if you might consider that route.  What an unbelievable blessing it would be!

    I'm sure it would be much like having twins; you would never know what it would be like to just have one, so it would just be your new parental normal.  I think it would probably be more difficult if you had two under two, but they came to you a year apart.

    I was going to ask this today too! :) I'm so happy for you silliest!!!! Congrats! I really hope they both work out for you and you have "twins" by Thanksgiving! :)

    Congrats!

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    I've been looking for your update! How exciting!! I think we'd do the same thing, if we had the oppurtunity! Congrats!! Hopefully everything works out with both situations!!

    I missed most of your news but I have pieced together from here you may have 2 newborn adoptions soon... I think that is awesome and I hope they work out for you!!

    *TTC since February 08* 2 IUIs that didn't take, exploratory LAP and hysterscopy in September 2010 that revealed nothing, means we're adopting!
