Housekeeper needed!

We are two working parents with baby #4 on the way.  All kids are 5 and under.  I own my own business and I am still working in it at 32 1/2 weeks preggers.  I have started to dialate and I have torn my ab muscles so I need to slow down.  I have a cleaning service now but I need more than that.  I need someone that can help pick up, laundry and clean.  I need a housekeeper not just a cleaning lady.  I would like someone that has experience in this area as well.  I am having a very hard time finding this.  I was wondering if any of you had any advice in this area?
