Pre-O temps & Femara question

I was wondering if anyone's pre-O temps were higher due to taking Femara...My pre-O temps look more like my normal post-O temps.  And now I'm having what I would call my normal post-O temps, so there's no "thermal shift." 

I know I missed 2 very important temps (camping and forgot my BBT) around when I got the + OPK.  I'm not too concerned (with CH's) since this cycle was a bust anyway, just wondering if it commonly occurs.  I surely wanted to see that I O'd because of the medication!

ETA- I tried discarding CD 4 and CD6 temps, it didn't do anything.
