Nanny Rates

I'm new to the site and expecting our first child in Dec. Anyone willing to share their in-home nanny rate? I know every situation is different, but we don't know where to start as far a a reasonable amount for a responsible nanny. Also, any nanny recommendations would be wonderful! Thanks in advance.
