I hate* TB abbreviations. Vent.

It's not because I don't know what they mean. But I hate reading 'DH' and 'LO' because I hear it in my head as 'D-H' and "LOW". It's really annoying. I'd rather read and type out HUSBAND and MY SON or MY DAUGHTER.

I know it's convenient for '1HT', but it's just my pet peeve!! Lol..

Also, incorrect grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling drive me nuts!!!

But I still love you all. Vent over.

If that's what it means, then why not just prrof read before hitting post? "The grammar police" always tell the regular typers (2ht I guess?) to proof read before posting. Why can't you do that when 1ht?

If that's not what it means, then sorry for wasting your time!

My 1ht is usually short and to the point, which I realize isn't necessarily a bad thing.  But sometimes I worry that it comes off rude/abrupt.

I usually proof read as I go along (staying at what I'm typing instead of the keyboard), but I'm at work and the phone rang while I was typing that word. But yes, I made a fool of myself, I know.

No big deal at all!  I type really fast and am at work also and am always multi tasking.  I make a ton of mistakes I never catch I am sure!

I always try and proof read, but I can understand minor errors when one-handed typing. Sometimes it's just too much of a pain to go back and add a comma. Especially when left-handed typing on my phone.

But, honestly, for me 1ht means, I'm nursing and probably not making any sense. Nursing makes me dumb.

I don't get the point of writing 1ht if the post is perfect or just one sentence. I get it if it was really long. You don't need to say it if you don't have any errors!
