If your LO wears/wore Robeez...

I need "house shoes" for DS because we have cold hard wood floors and he hates wearing sneakers and socks all day. I was thinking of getting Robeez because they are lightweight and can be slipped on without socks for around the house. My problem is that he has a wide foot...he is a 5w shoe in Stride Rite. Do Robeez stretch to accomodate wide feet or do you think they run pretty true to size or narrow? TIA!

  • I don't know DD's actual shoe size, but she's got chunky feet!  We got some of the immitation Robeez from Target, and she's got plent of room, including when we put them on.  Oh, and she wears them with socks, if that helps.

  • DS has chunky feet too and they fit him just fine :)

  • If you are talking about the totally slip on, soft soled Robeez, we haven't bought any b/c we only do shoes out in public, but they seem to be really big and comfy, like bedroom slippers for babies.
Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.
  • we just bought DD  her first shoes from stride rite, and they're both robeez. one is a cute pair of soft soled shoes that were a size 4. the other pair is the slipper type, and those are size 12-18 months. they look like they would fit a wide or narrow foot. they are designed for cruising in the house.

  • I find Robeez to be on the wide side. I just moved DD up to their 6-12 mo. size and she has plenty of room for growth. If you have a Stride Rite Store at your local mall they carry them so you could always take your LO in and check for fit and size. We love Robeez, so far DD has about 5 pairs.

  • I found a pair of used Robeez for DS for $5. He has super fat feet and they fit well. And they are the only show he will keep on!
