Cycle question

I had a M/C about 7 months ago and my cycle has not been regular since.  Sometimes it has been ranging between 26 and 30 days.  My last AF started August 21 which means I should have ovulated on the 4th but I felt ovulation on the 1st.  Should I expect AF on the 18th or the 15th?  I don't temp or anything like that.  I guess I am just trying to figure out when to test lol.

    Honestly the only way to get a more accurate picture is to temp and/or use OPKs.  Ovulation can have a wide range from cycle to cycle.

    Also, a 4 day variance isn't much variance at all. Heck, if I only had a 4 day variance between cycles I would consider that to be super duper normal.

    Thanks ladies!  It just sucks because for the past few years my cycles had been so regular.  28 days, ovulate on day 14, bleed for 5 or 6 days, repeat.
