How do I unblock someone?

I have come to the conclusion that I must have mistakenly blocked Navy_Clan.  I keep seeing someone else quote her, but not her original post.  How do I fix it?

(and sorry Navy, no offense!  I probably did it when bumping from my phone one day.)

Scroll all the way down on the left and there's an "Unblock Bumpies" option.
