AF where are you????

So they postponed my surgery because AF didn't show up on time and doc said he couldn't do it when my lining was so thick.  She was to be here the around the 7th or 8th, here we are cycle day 35 and no AF.  I'm cramping like mad but no spotting, no flow.  I was thinking she'd show up this weekend, but still nothing.  He won't do the surgery until I bleed out some of this lining so what the heck am I do to kick her into full gear?  Any suggestions?
Married 8/23/09 Dx: Endometriosis mc 2003, mc 2005, mc Oct. 2009 and ectopic pg Feb. 2010 Baby Girl Gracie Mae born 5 weeks early on 7/6/11. Baby boy JT born full term on 7/5/12. We are blessed!

    POAS.  That usually makes AF show up at my house.  Stick out tongue

    But, seriously, I hope she comes soon so you can get the ball rolling.  Good luck.

    ugh..why does that always happen? I agree..if you have a cheap POAS around, that usually does it for me too! 

    I hope it comes quick..I'm done with AF, I'll overnight her to ya

    Thanks ladies I should have done that on Friday.  Now I've talked to the doc's office and they want to see me today to POAS there and surgery may be postponed even further since they said if I'm not pregnant they would need to put me on something to make AF arrive.  Damn you AF, I'm sure I'm not pregnant, where the hell are you and your vicious self.
