places to have bday party

We live in Anne Arundel County, Glen Burnie/Severn area. The plan was to have it in the big rec room at our church but they will be having an event that day so I can't. I would change the date but I already have family coming from out of state for that weekend so I can't change it now. Does anybody know of any clean, smoke-free places I can rent for the party?

    How much are you looking to spend?  For how many people?  And would it be in the beginning or end of October?
