Do all homemade tutus get permanently bunched up?

DD has two homemade tutus and both are permanently scrumpled (is that a word?). Does that happen to all of them?

I have two homemade tutus and one that I paid more than I'd care to admit on and all three have bunched up with my dd's use and storage (it goes in the basket of dress up clothes).  I think the only way to keep it neat would be to fluff it out after every use.

If you hang it in a bathroom while you shower, it will relax the crumples.  I used to store tutus hanging up...all nice with plenty of room around them so they would not crumple.  HA.  now they're thrown in a dress up box.

finger comb to get the tangles out and then dunk them in the bathtub and hang dry. Getting wet and drying makes the tulle uncrumple.
