has anyone been on this and never once had their period? ive been on it since jan of this year and i have still yet to have my monthly any answer will be helpful thank you

    I've had it before, and will often go through a patch of a few months without a period, and then a longer period and then another few months without one.

    It really just depends on your body.

    I've been on Implanon for almost two years and I have only had two incidents of spotting which is really great for me and it didn't last.  I have a cousin who has been on for about a year and she hasn't had anything yet.  My two incidents occured after my first year.
