Like finding a needle

Alright my husband is graduating from OCS on the 14th of Oct. By then I should be much bigger than I am now. I need a formal and not something that is a moo-moo which is what was mentioned by one of the ladies at church. I about died when she said it. Any suggestions ladies?

Go to a store and find a dress. If you are worried about size, wait until closer to the date.

Tons of department stores have dresses that are nice enough to wear if you need a formal dress.

 

I had a wedding to go to I was 8 or 10 wks, I waited till the week before and bought my dress, it was fine, and I didn't even go up a size.

Thanks guys. I'm a little nervous because I have been showing super fast this time around. I thought buying a dress now might save me some money but then what happens if I've gotten HUGE  in another five weeks and I can't fit in it? Ugh...I guess waiting to the last minute is pretty much the best option.

Yeah, I tried to go ahead of time, b/c I knew before I got my BFP that I would be going.  I just went to Ross and TJmaxx when it came to it, it was prom season so I lucked out. It's a good thing I waited b.c although my size in dresses didn't change my boobs were so big I had to re think things I would of bought before.  I got a nice empire waist dress that hid my bloat.

Not sure of your budget, but Isabella Oliver has some fantastic maternity formal dresses.

I am in a wedding on Oct. 9th.  I ordered the dress long before the wedding!  The dress was not flatterring to begin with.  Now, I'm going to look like a sausage in this dress, because I'm so freakin' bloated!!!

I don't feel like I look good in anything right now.  I just wear elastic anything right now!  I don't think that elastic formal wear would be a good choice, though.
