converted the crib - send good vibes please

we decided to give it a shot and converted dd's crib to the toddler version. we're hoping it will work and that dh and i will get to sleep by ourselves tonight.

more screaming. i was in the playroom laying down and dh told her to come give me a good night kiss (i think he was about to put her in our bed). instead she climbed up next to me and was asleep in minutes.

its a futon so i pulled it out after a while and planned to go to bed and leave her there. i ended up there all night with her. we'll try again tonight.
