What are you drinking typically throughout the day?

I know I should be drinking more water, but I just haven't wanted to lately. I allow myself 1 coke a day because I've been craving it so bad. Otherwise, I've been drinking oj, apple juice, fruit punch or milk. Oh and I also have a cup of hot tea (decaf) or cappuccino (mix) in the morning when I get up. What do you find are your "go to" drinks these days?

  • I usually drink one coke (my guilty pleasure), but I do drink a lot of water, I CRAVE OJ- but it gives me heart burn like none other, so I avoid it sometimes.  I also have been making caffeine free green tea with mint.

  • I drink a lot of water, but what I have been really wanting is either apple juice or choc. milk. I like white milk too, but the choc milk is what I have been picking if I want a treat at the store or something.

  • I'm addicted to the peach tea crystal lite.  I also have a cup of coffee in the morning and a coke zero in the afternoon.  Normal water can be pretty icky to me.  I try to stay away from sugary drinks like juice because it can make me feel tired after the sugar high

  • This is something from when I was little and got sick, but now I like to crush up some ice and just munch on it.  That might help you get more water without just drinking plain water.  When I was really bad with m/s, I LOVED it. 

  • Diet coke, diet gingerale, etc.

    I'd love juice, but being diabetic doesn't allow me to have it.

  • Water, sweet tea, apple juice and the occasional caffiene free soda. I am cutting out everything except water for a while now, though, because the doctor told me to watch my weight gain.

  • Some cranberry juice in the morning, then water all day.  If I have heartburn or upset stomach, I will drink watered down lemonade
  • funny but I crave water and I drink way to much of it! I pee at least 20 times a day! I allow a Starbucks coffee twice a week but doing my best to steer clear of it.

  • I only drink water while I'm at work.  When I get home, if I don't drink plain water, I drink crystal light water or sometimes weight watchers ginger ale since there's no sugar in it.  I stopped drinking stuff with lots of sugar like regular gingerale and OJ. (Doctor recommended I stay away from sugar and white carbs) but I can have fruits just not a lot of mellons and really naturally sweet fruits.

  • i drink mostly crystal lite iced tea.  I also get a couple of bottles of water in there.  And usually a diet coke too.

  • Apple cider for breakfast, water, 1-2 diet cokes a day, orange juice, water...  I probably should drink more water though...
  • I try to drink as close to a gallon of water a day as I can get. I don't always get there, but I do my best. Other than that I'll drink a glass of fat free milk with breakfast. I've also gotten really into Simply Apple and Simply Orange juice. They taste so much like real fruit that it makes me feel better about it not being water.

  • I only drink water when I'm at work. At home, it's water, juice or chocotate milk (if I'm in the mood for it).

  • Pretty much just water, but once a day I have a decaf frappe, only b.c I have my own machine though.

  • Just water and skim milk and a glass of OJ at breakfast. 
  • I love V8 Splash, so I drink a lot of that.  I also drink a lot of water and now that fall is here Apple Cider, too.

  • I drink typically water throughout the whole day. Sometimes add some juice in there too. A few times (maybe 2-3 days out of the week), I will treat myself to a grande latte.

  • I usually get at least 1ltr of water down a day but in the morning I start with a big fruit smoothie, and lately I've also been getting drinking hot apple cider. Then i usually get glass of juice in, some days I'll get a v8 or my treat is a Starbucks frap!

  • Coffee in the morning ( 2-3 cups) a Gallon of water during my eight hours of work and then usually a half a gallon of milk through out the day ( milk has been what I'm craving lately )

  • I have a glass of juice in the morning (usually no sugar added cran, or sometimes V8 fusion blueberry pomegranite), and then drink two Nalgene bottles full of water during the school day (64 oz. total).  At home, I usually have another glass of water if if I feel thirsty, otherwise I sip on a lemonade, decaf iced tea, or sometimes, but rarely, a soda.

  • I'm the same way with my one coke a day... but usually it's water or black cherry kool-aid... and a big glass of milk with dinner generally.  Sometimes I'll put lemon in my water... so hardcore. haha

  • Water and orange juice.  I'm pretty boring.
  • water or vitamin water.  Also ginger ale sometimes.
  • A big glass of milk in the morning, usually with a little Ovaltine in it.

    The rest of the day I drink water, OJ and every other kind of juice.

    When I take my long walks, I put half a packet of Propel in my water bottle to ensure I stay plenty hydrated.

  • I used to drink juice, water and pop. But then OJ made me throw up around 13 weeks so I haven't had it since. Now I try to drink as much water as I can (although it also makes me sick so I don't get nearly what some other pregnant women can get down.) and normally one diet coke or root beer a day.

    Actually besides diet and root beer all other flavored drinks sound nasty to me. So done with this m/s..... 

  • cranberry juice in the am.  then water for the rest of the day.  a coke or root beer is a rare treat.

  • Lots of water and either a half of a diet coke (bad mommy) or some seltzer with a splash of juice. Straight juice is too sweet for me and years of counting calories (and a "don't gain so much" dr visit) are keeping me away from high calorie beverages.

    Oh.... and a decaf mocha. It's only 120 calories, I swear!

  • well mostly water with ice (i use to drink it without ice) I don't drink sodas at all but sometimes I crave an those izzy drinks which are sorta like a soda. I also have a decaf americano 1-2x a week.
  • A few big workout bottles of water, a big glass of skim milk, a low sodium V8, and a glass of something naughty like crystal light or decaf coffee.
  • I tend to drink cranberry juice mixed water at a half/half ratio in the morning. I also will have a cup of hot water with two slices of lemon - it really helps with the preggo gas issues. I drink water during the day. In the evening I will drink either a prune juice half/half or another cranberry juice. Two or three times a week I will have a cup of tea in the morning. I try to avoid the cokes even though I am craving them because it seriously makes the gas issues 10 times worse. I need to find a way to drink more at work but it's really hard because I am literally too busy to find time:(.

     

  • I get 6 to 8 cups of water in a day ( I need to do more), 1 cup of coffee in the morning, 2 or 3 dt. caffeine free pepsi's.  I sometimes have a half of a cup of whole milk.  I crave milk, but being diabetic doesn't let me have it.  I also drank a few cups of V8 fusion a day, but the diabetic dietitian nixed that too.  Bummer!  I usually add that orange sunrise crystal lite to my water.  Kind of tastes like Tang.  Makes the boring water less boring.
