Can I take Extra Strength Tylenol?

For a headache or just Regular Tylenol?  And how many can I take (can I take 2 at once?)

I always take 2 extra strength...and they do nothing for my headache:(  Yes, it's safe to take 2 at a time.

yes, I've heard as long as it's only up to 2000mg a day, Tylenol is safe to take.  I take two extra strength at a time.

yup, what they said. But it's 4g a day, which is 4000mg in 24 hours. Which is 4 doses (500mg x2)  of Xtra strength taken 6 hours apart.

And don't push that max tylenol dose, people don't realize that this chit is REALLY hard on one's liver, and dosing must be taken seriously.

Thanks!  I wish I would have asked that question earlier, now I have to wait til my lunch break to go buy some Tylenol.
