I bought 10 used KL0's off of ebay. 3 from one person were in EUC. They were soft and just how I expected. The other 7 I got from a different seller are rough, hard and the material is matted down. Anyone experience this happening to yours? Is there anything I can do to make them softer?

    Did you try washing on hot then drying in the dryer?  Mine get pretty crunchy when I hang dry them.

    I have 4 that are very crunchy, they happen to be the colored ones so I chalked it up to that.  Unfortunately there hasn't been anything I could do to make them as soft as the others.  They don't seem to bother LO though.

    Yes, and they still are crunchy after a hot wash and tumble dry. They don't bother LO, so I will just keep on using them as is.
