3 year old still not PT

Help me.  I have a very intelligent 3 year old but she doesn't want to use the potty!!!! She just doesn't care that she is wet or stinky.  She won't tell us until she is so wet that her pull up is leaking.  I have tried to use stickers, prizes, and many other bribes but it just doesn't work!  She is very strong willed and wants control.  Please help me.  what did you do?

would love to know the answer to this as we are in the same boat...DD does not tell us when she has to go or when she's had an accident still...she will seriously sit there in poop until we catch a whiff and not even care about it! She will *mostly* go if we tell her it's time to go potty...but she definitely fights us on that some of the time too...we have tried everything under the sun including rewards/praise/3 day method/cloth trainers...and 8 months later we are still only at 50% maybe...it is so frustrating and discouraging...
