Couple of questions for y'all.  I know this has been brought up, but I can't get the seach function to work at all.

Did you install your bases yourself and have them checked, or did you have someone install for you?

And how far along were you when you installed?

My husband installed our bases at 37 weeks himself. We were going to have the FD check them but none of the local FD in Atlanta would do it. I had my dad and father in law check when they came into town and I could barely move the base so I trusted that he did a good job.

We installed and then had the police department check them.

Wes installed it around 37 weeks, and the fire department near our house checked it.  The nurse also checked it again when we were leaving the hospital with her.

There is a place in town that installed mine and my husband installed his. I was about 37 weeks.

I work at the fire dept in town and we just sent some guys to car seat installation school at the beginning of the year so I will have them install ours. We will probably have it installed around 34-37 weeks depending on how my dr appts go.
