How do you make a Target Registry "public"

I've been working on a Target registry online and I had it private...but I'm ready to make it public but I can't figure out how. Anyone?

at the top of your my registry page (The first page after you log in) There is an update your registry link at the top just above your registry title. You can change it in that link.
