Super Easy Peach Dessert
For this recipe you'll need:
1 yellow cake mix
1 can (29 ounces) peaches (you'll use the juice)
1 stick melted butter or margarine
To make this recipe:
Spray a 2 qt. dish or 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, peaches with juice, and melted butter and stir until combined. Pour into dish and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a few raspberries (add a sprig of mint for fancy entertaining) for a delightful dessert.
dump in a can of soda, and bake. It makes light and fluffly cake that you can mix & match flavors with. I like Dr. Pepper in chocolate mix, and orange soda in white cake mix.
eta: you said not cake. damn. cupcakes? that's about the extent of my creativity.

We do a variation of this. We drain the peaches, reserving 1 cup of juice. Dump the peaches into a 2 qt. dish, pour yellow cake mix on top, then the 1 cup of juice and 1 cube of melted butter. Ah-mazing. It's very good with vanilla ice cream.
Re: What can I do with cake mix?
Cookies, cake chews, fruit cobbler.
