crystalized ginger

is working miracles for me today. Felt terrible about an hour ago. Then I remembered I still had some in my cabinet from 1st tri with DD. All sick feeling is gone. I actually got up and put some laundry in.

Re: crystalized ginger

  • Hmmm. . . my m/s is still going strong, so I bought some from Whole Foods last night at the suggestion of a friend.  But I was afraid to try it because it smells really strong.  Is it really intense?

  • It's actually not that bad. It's coated with sugar so it's kind of helps ease into the ginger taste. It's kinda gummy, so if you're grossed out by texture, it might not be good. but i suck on it and let it dissolve. It helps me alot. It didn't so much with DD, but this it's good!

  • Where do you get crystallized ginger? There is not a whole foods near me and Trader Joe's doesn't have it. Any other suggestions
i do it for the joy it brings, because i'm a joyful girl, because the world owes me nothing, and we owe each other the world - ani d. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
  • I just buy it at the grocery store in the spice aisle. I have the McCormick brand, it's just lined up in the store with all the other little McCormick glass bottles of spices, nothing fancy.
