I've been that way since sunday. Have to almost force feed myself, otherwise my blood sugar gets too low. It's driving me crazy, can't really plan my meals from day to day, because I'm not sure how I'll feel. Things will get better though
I was like that from week 6-9 and had it really bad thank goodness I feel a little better now But I found it easier eating small meals like maybe a banana, toast with peanut butter, and yogurt. Then later try something else like cereal or whatever looks good at the moment. Always in small portions.
My doctor also told me bananas were good if you were vomiting a lot.
I really hope you feel better, because its not fun

I am feeling the same way. I eat what I can and whatever sounds good at the moment. I am trying to drink V8 Fusion to get my veggies in.
I am hoping that these food aversions don't last throughout the entire 1st tri!
