From the time I was able to start timing contractions at 3-5 minutes to birth was almost exactly 24 hours. 18 hours were in the hospital, and I pushed for about 45 minutes before he was born.
woke up with contractions around 2:30am...in retrospect probably was having light contractions all evening...water broke around 4am, and Allison was born by eCesarean at 10:06am. so, 7 1/2 hrs thanks to the placental infarction.
My water broke at 8 pm, I started feeling contractions around midnight and DS was born at 3:18 am. So I was only in labor for 7 hours and 18 minutes. It was pretty quick to me.

DD#1 was 23 hours followed by an emergency c-section. DD#2 was also a c-section but I labored for about 7 hours due to my own denial (we were scheduled for the next week) and waiting for a the OR.
I had an emergency induction. I was 0 cm....went on pitocin, had first contractions by 6:15 PM, was at 10 cm by 11:00pm, had to wait an hour to push b/c my OB was delivering another baby....DD was born at 12:48AM.
I was induced at 8am, contractions started getting pretty bad at noon, got the epidural at 3pm, and finally ended up having to get a c-section at 8pm. So, i was in labor for 12 hours, but only a few of them were painful, lol.

DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
Labor started at 12:36 am and DD was born at 1:29 pm. Don't know what time my water broke...they checked me at the hospital at 9 am and it had broken but DD's head was so low that I was not leaking.
