Gah! I forgot to ask about yeast

I noticed a little bit of redness in LO's creases.  Of course I am paranoid that it is yeast. 

Even if it is just the start of it how can I contain it and prevent it from getting worse?

She has had loads of naked "dry" time today.

Cider Vinegar swabbed on the creases

Probiotic powder mixed in some bm on the creases

Using a hair dryer on cool to dry LO after each diaper change.
