I have been lurking here awhile too, but have been reluctant to post because the attitudes of many of the women on this board are unwelcoming. All to often you ladies focus on someones picture size (really!), text formatting (come one), and nit pick all kinds of unnecesary "offenses." I was going to quote a few comments to illistrate the nasty attitudes, but the nastiness kept rolling, so if you are not sure what I mean, just scrollup. There are plenty of posts to prove my point.

I don't know if the process of TTC has ruined thier attitudes, or if cranky people are drawn to each other, but there are many other sites and boards where you will not feel unwelcomed or attacked. I hope you find one that suits you. I already have.

Agreed. If you were not an active participant why the need to come out (with your badass 3 posts) and tell us we are all so mean and heartless, blah blah blah blah. Yeah, that is meaningful, a total stranger telling another total stranger she is mean. I love how people confuse "mean" with "the truth". And that because someone posts some dumbass thing on the internet, we are supposed to be BFFs and brush each other's hair and have a makeover party.

If you can't dance, leave the party. If you don't like the board, just leave. Your post of "gahhhhh, everyone is soooooooooooo mean! Like OMG!" doesn't mean a damn thing.

Babies on the Brain and New to the Bump are great forums to start with. You have to have a sense of humor to bump here. If you get your feelings hurt to easy or ask questions before lurking this probably isn't the board.

Ooooooh yes, this is a great idea. You should go over to BOTB and post there. They looooooove this kind of stuff and will welcome you with open arms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
