Dose anyone have any ways to use left over baby purees? I just had the idea of adding fruit purees to pancake batter or putting some on pancakes as a topping.
I thought we were done with purees too but ever since I started mixing the veggie purees with brown rice or pasta she will eat them. I've also added them to mashed potatoes for her.
Fruit purees I spread on toast and pancakes or use them as a substitute for oil in recipes (like using applesauce) and so far no recipe disasters from doing that.

I put fruit purees in pancake, waffle, and muffin batter. You can also mix fruit purees into egg when making french toast strips.
I add veggie purees to any sauce, meatloaf, and soups/stews.
Really? How do you do that?
