So I thought this was kind of a unique name, but I came on here today and saw a topic on it. I don't care about 'unique' names, but I really like the name. We were already thinking about Arianna (Ari-ahna) with "Aria" for short but I think I like just Aria. Thoughts?

Really? I've never been a musician so I have no idea what you're talking about haha. But maybe I should research it

It's just a music term referring to songs in operas...it's nothing bad, it's just what I think of when I hear the name.

I'm not a musician and I still think of it as a musical name. There's nothing bad about that, though. I prefer Aria to Ariana.

It is not really popular YET, but then again, "Pretty Little Liars" has only had 10 episodes so far. I think it will gain popularity in the near future, especially with teen moms.

My best friend has an 8 year old named Aria. There was also an Aria on Next Food Network Star this season. I really like it.

This. But I do think the name is beautiful! I was considering it myself with the next baby (whenever that is) But I'm pretty sure my bf would shot that down in a hurry.
