Fossil messenger as a diaper bag?

So, I've looked and looked for the perfect diaper bag for us.  I just can't pick one!!!!!!  I LOVE Fossil bags and wish I could find a diaper bag that looked similar to a Fossil messenger bag.  What do you think of just using one AS a diaper bag??? Some of them have pockets in them, but I am sure it doesn't have as many pockets as an actual diaper bag. I just don't want to spend the money on one and then realize I should have went with an actual diaper bag. I also worry they won't be big enough.  Any thoughts??

I also like them because my husband won't mind carrying it too.

I get in trouble when we go to the Fossil outlet a couple hours from here. =]

I'm about to buy a messenger bag, but it's not a boy one. I can't remember the print. I went to Dillards and put on of K's bottles in the side to make sure, and it fits perfectly!

I hate my diaper bag right now. I'd really like something that doesn't scream "diaper bag". If you want it, then get it. Worse comes to worse, it doesn't work out, and you have a sweet new bag. =]

I'm very happy with it. It doesn't have the best pockets, the best strap, the best color, the best snaps or anything fancy... rather it's a good compromise of all those things. It's been very usable for me, goes with everything, cleans up well, and doesn't shout *baby*   I adjust the strap short for normal carries, drop it down and cross body for when I'm baby wearing. There are no zippers, so I can get into it one handed. The pockets keep her stuff and mine organized. While I can't take her entire nursery with me, if I pack it smart, I can fit more than I'd ever need to in it. The center part is plenty big for a blanket, a toy or two (sophie!!), her hat and little jacket, plus my ring sling and nursing cover. My phone and keys slide nicely into a little outside pocket, there's a big pocket on the backside for tucking in papers and receipts, and (my favorite!) the magnet on the front is strong enough to keep it closed so even if I toss if off the car seat it doesn't spill out everywhere.

I probably looked at well over 100 *diaper* bags before that one caught my eye. I bought mine on sale on a whim one day at the mall after fighting all day with the horribly expensive hard to use one I had been toting around.

I really like the leather key-per you posted. It's just like mine, but leather. I might have to scope that one out a bit.
