Coming off Meds (Lexapro)

I am coming off Lexapro now.  I have been on it for almost a year.  It just seems like I am having a large amount of anxiety, but almost an excited welcome back to life anxiety?!  LIke my emotions have been hiding and suddenly ready to explode sort of feeling.  

Can anyone else relate? or is this something I should talk to my therapist about? 

Anyone come off Lexapro with out feeling strange?

I had to come off Lexapro right as I was pregnant with my daughter.  I didn't have any strange feelings, I actually felt pretty good!  I think for me, though, there's some kind of chemical imbalance that has an effect on my anxiety as my cycle goes along through the month.  I start to have more anxiety while I'm PMSing and it starts to taper off during my period.  Because I was pregnant, I didn't have the ups and downs of the hormone levels, so I was okay.  I'm back on the Lexapro now because I got pretty bad PPA.  I'm assuming this is probably something I'll have to take for a long time.
