Once I was like 8 or 9 and was going in because I had a nightmare and wanted to snuggle with my mom... that was nothing compared to what I saw when I peeked in the door, lol....

The second time I was a teenager and at like 2am I heard some weird noises coming from my living room.  Of course since it was 2am I went in to investigate in case we had a breakin or something.... and there they were on the floor going at it.  eeeeewwwwww......

SS, but maybe this doesn't really count (the first one definitely scarred me for life though, fwiw)

1. When I was about 13 I walked in on my ex-stepfather full-frontal naked.  He was at least 68 yrs old, so it was not a pleasant sight.  It was the middle of the afternoon and my mom had sent me down to their room to get a roll of tape.  I didn't even realize he was home, much less about to take a shower and walking around naked with the beddoor unlocked.  If that wasn't bad enough, we had to have a "talk" about it later that night.  

2.  When I was 17 my little sister (8 or 9 at the time) thought my new stepdad was having a heart attack because there were some strangely painful noises coming from their room one night.  My brother and I listened for a few seconds and reassured her that he'd be fine.
