Can someone take over the cider mill GTG?

I have a lot going on right now and was wondering if someone else can take over planning it? I still want to come - I just need to stop worrying about when is the best date for everyone when I need to be planning the bday party and my trip to Boston. Thanks

    I'll do my best, have fun with the party planning and Boston trip :o)
