Battle between Sit n Stand and Chicco Double

So, the seach for the double stroller continues. We have it narrowed down t 2 though. The Chicco double (we hae the carseat already from DS that DD will use. They will be 16 months apart.The other one is the Sit N Stand Double by Baby Trend. 

I like the construction of Chicco I like the fact that the car seat just clips in

I like the stadium seating of the Sit N stand and it seems we will grow with it as time goes on. I do have a question though. Instead of the older child in the back, can he be seated int he front with the baby in the carseat in the back? In the begininng it seems as that would be a better set up because he cant see over the carseat if it is in the front Thanks.

I am pretty sure you can stick the infant seat in the back of the Sit n Stand if you want, as long as you have the double model.
