zoloft side effects?

I have noticed my appetite is up , way up the last few days, and it's already up because of pregnancy.  Is it possible that zoloft can cause increased appetite?  My doctor said no and so did her nurse, but i just don't understand why i need at least 7 meals a day, not snacks....grrr. THX

    My doctor told me that craving carbs is a side effect.
