Looking for a Dr who will do elective C-Sec

Anyone know of a ob who is open to an elective c-section. This is my 3rd baby and I want to have c-section and tubal at time of delivery. The ob I used to go to (Lisa Ross) moved out of state after my last baby 6years ago and I'm not sure if there are any other doctors who I might try- Any suggestions???
