    I don't think they are that picky.  My in-laws traded in a crib and playpen from 1982....

    I supervised there for a while during one of their trade in events, and they will take just the stroller.  It does not matter how old, or worn, or missing pieces.  The idea is to get something new thats better and safer for the kiddos.  Take it in and get your coupon!  :)
