She's very sweet with my baby. She addresses her all the time (even though she's only 5 months) because she's the patient. I find this very nice. 

She is part of a small practice. Everyone knows you and your baby. The waits are short. 

She's open to discuss anything (breastfeeding, vaccines, ear piercing). She'll let you know what she thinks and why, but she'll let you decide.

We go to the same practice listed above but see Dr Thaller. He is great and, as the pp mentioned, the office is as well! You always get a nurse when you call, never wait long, and rarely share the waiting room with potentially sick kids based on how they do their scheduling.
