I wasn't given any recommendations, but went with the thought that if I was tired and could safely find somewhere to sleep... go sleep. Your body needs tons of it!

I was completely bagged all of first tri. It got somewhat better in 2nd tri. I just slept whenever I could. Now I'm exhausted, but sleep sucks -- too much peeing and pain everywhere!

Exactly this. First trimester I slept like a log. Now in my 2nd trimester and sleeping is sort of a thing of the past. I toss and turn every night, and I have to pee way too much. But I have found though that I can still take a much needed nap once in a while.
