DH was not very wise today

I know he was stressed that both kids were thrust upon him when he got home because I had to can the peaches before they all went bad and cook dinner, but saying "I don't know how much longer I can watch them both" was not the right thing to say right then.  After about 30 minutes.  Yeahhh....

Oh, and laying on the couch while I'm trying to motivate Mady to do bedtime isn't good either.  Although at least he did start to get up (I was already starting to get her diaper on so I told him not to worry) once she was ready.  

I wish men felt the same sense of urgency that we do.  And I wish that I didn't feel like I have to baby him as well.  It's annoying.  I told him as much and he just apologizes.  UGH.
