From my exSIL who is on (at least) her 4th marriage, has three children (by three different men - two of which have their own children), and is buying her 2nd house (with this husband).
"I am going to be
given a Housewarming Party... I will be registering @ walmart, target,
Jc Pennys, Kitchen Concept .. If you would like me to pass on the info
to you let me know. you can buy online and mail it me or bring it to
the party...."
This is not a joke.
Re: FB post - Too good not to share
Wow. I'm not one to judge on multiple marriages or multiple baby daddies.
HOWEVER, I sure do judge on shameless gift grabbing. That one is worse than my SIL's from last week: "Wants everyone to know that the Baby Registries are now complete, feel free to browse Walmart.com, Amazon.com and Babies "R" Us!" Gee, thanks.
(read it. you know you want to.)

Can't stand her. But since she is related to my children, I try very hard to bite my tongue and keep the peace.
Otherwise I get to spend the next few days arguing with a total idiot. The inability to spell her own name makes even the nicest email exchange unbearable. No thanks.

I've seen stuff like that a few times for weddings and even baby showers. Facebook is the new evil when it comes to registries. Never seen it for a housewarming, though...
You took the words right out of my mouth.
