Orange Spot..

On DS's Diaper where he p'd, Just a little spot, but it has been there both times I have changed his diaper since picking him up after school today... I checked and he isn't bleeding anywhere visible.. Anyone else have something similar or any idea what this could be..

Also he doesn't have a fever...
