I baked banana bread yesterday, and just finished a peach pie. I plan on making a blueberry pie later, but I think DH is going to get tired of pies. I baked 2 apple pies last week, and still have half in the fridge. Anyone have anything else I can bake? Thanks!

The best cookies ever - I get rave reviews every time I make them.

The instructions aren't explicit, but make them like you normally would: cream together butter & sugar, add ricotta & vanilla, add dry ingredients. For the glaze, make sure you heat the powdered sugar & milk so that the glaze will harden. I like to add almond extract off the heat at the end (if not almond, then add vanilla bc the glaze can taste very sugar-y if you KWIM). I've never added sprinkles.
