Our DD never seems satisfied after her feedings, and she has gone from eating every 3 hours to every 1.5-2 hours. I've tried increasing the ounces of formula, but she pushes the bottle out of her mouth once she eats approximately what we normally make, but STILL acts hungry.
I don't believe it's a growth spurt because this has been an ongoing thing for about the last month. It lasts a few days, stops for a day, lasts a few days, stops for a day. Our pedi doesn't think she should even be eating the 5 ounces she easily eats at a feeding, so I know he would say that we shouldn't increase the amount of formula.
Any suggestions as to what we could do to help her feel more satisfied? I know she is technically too young for cereal and other baby foods, and I don't know if that would even help, but has anyone given either to their babies this early and would it help with filling her up a little more?
TIA
