Need a house mom?

Mature professional female (55) looking for temporary housing with reduced rent in exchange for housekeeping and other chores. Husband decided he wanted a younger wife so I'm out on my own and would like to relocate to the Tampa area. This would be temporary until I can get settle in my own place, maybe three months or so. I can cook, clean, do laundry, cater and entertain, and take care of pets. I am not judgmental and will respect your lifestyle, but ask that roommates be NON SMOKERS and NON DRUG users! This is for my own health and safety. No weirdos, sex maniacs or ax murderers please. You can be male or female, young or mature. But if you are a mature male by yourself, I may not be interested in that situation.
I will bring a minimum of personal items so request that my room be furnished and that I have access to the rest of the home. Prefer townhome where there is access to pool and gym. Will pay month to month but do not want to commit to a contract where I am obligated to stay a certain length of time. I will be looking for a job but will have money for rent in cash. I will split utilities but do expect a break in rent or some sort of compensation for my work.
I will probably be ready to move in 1 October.
My background is wife, mother, housekeeper, real estate agent, did Kung Fu in college, world traveler, was in the military for 11 years (yes, I wore combat boots), conservative and christian, though I DO respect others opinions and religions. I am quiet and respectful, I believe in treating people as I would like to be treated. I am fit and have no health problems mentally or physically. And I do like alternative rock music and have no problems with parties, entertaining etc. But I do expect some peaceful quiet time especially at night.
I raised a family of three daughters so nothing scares me. But for some reason it doesn't work out I'll just go. No problem.

Honestly? It's the same scam as the creepy "cuddler" one you posted.
