PIP help, please

I have a mac and use Safari for internet.  When I shrink pictures I use tinypic.com. I cannot figure out how to PIP.  I upload the pic I want to tinypic and the codes come up.  Then I click insert image.  Then what?  Which code do I choose from tinypic?  And where does it go on the insert image part? Do I have to do anything else special to get a PIP?

This is driving me craaaaazzzzzzyyyy, please help a girl out!

Copy the [ img] code and paste it in the post. The insert picture doesn't work on safari.
