I will finally have a nursery for LO! I can start decorating!! Woot, Woot!! 

I'm so excited I just want to shout it from the roof top...but since I'm PG & it's physically impossible for me to get on the roof, I thought I'd just post it here instead!!

We are going to look at a house hopefully this evening and I'm crossing all fingers, toes, arms, legs, eyes and anything else I can possibly cross that we could get this one. So hopefully your good house vibes will rub off on me :-P

Awesome, congrats! We close on our house tomorrow!! Are you moving right away?  We probably won't move for another few weeks so we can get the floors refinished and have rooms painted.

Sending good house vibes your way!! I'm super lucky all we need to do is have the carpets cleaned and paint. The house was built in 2006 & only one family lived in it. I wouldn't even really have to paint but the colors are totally NMS. Good luck!
