Since DH and I are on a pretty tight budget it's hard for us to think about biting the bullet on CDing, since the up-front cost is huge, though the long-term cost is much cheaper. Well, I just got an email that may make the bullet a little easier to swallow!
Mother Nurture is having a CD consignment sale on Saturday, Sept 11. According to the email that I got, they've still got a few vendor slots open, so if you just finished potty training and you have like-new CD's you're wanting to rid yourself of, here's a great opportunity. For the rest of you who are determined to/riding the fence about going cloth, this is a good opportunity to check into since it will be a lot less expensive!
If you're interested in selling CD's, contact Cerise at Cerise@MotherNurtureKY.com
Re: Lexington "granola moms"...
I was on the fence about cloth diapering... I wanted to give it a try but... are you aware of the anti cloth diaper sentiment out there? My grandmother laughed and scoffed at me. Everyone in my family rolled thier eyes! My boyfriend said he wouldnt change a single cloth diaper and that he would buy his own disposables and use them if I got cloth diapers... between all of that and my fear of it being a hassel i decided to go disposable plus I told bf if he felt that stongly he could go ahead and buy all those diapers!
Actually he said he would... and he also just made me a delicious omlette with fresh mushrooms and spinach yay!
Thats gotta be the best perk about being pregnant. All the special attention and being a diva
