What are you doing with the comforter from the bedding?

I'm trying to figure out what I will do with the comforter from LO's bedding set. I know she can't sleep with it in her crib. I thought about hanging it on the wall behind the crib or using it as a blanket when she's on the floor. What are you doing with it?

I have seen it hung on the wall, which is really cute, but we don't have a lot of wall space in the nursery.  I am thinking of just draping it over the back of my glider.  I figure then at least it is on display in one way or another lol.  I never thought of using it for play time.  That is a great idea too

The plan right now is to hang it up, but we'll see.  We haven't moved into our house yet, so I don't know how we'll be setting up the room.

I think we plan on using it at some point as the babies blanket.

We have the Soft and Fuzzy winnie the pooh set, which is just likes its name amazingly soft and fuzzy, so I think it would be great for her when she gets a little bigger.

everyone I know has either hung it on the wall or folded it up and stuck it in a closet where it sits forever.  this is part of the reason I didn't register for a full bedding set... the comforter and the bumper are basically useless IMO.

I used it for tummy time on the floor when she was little and then eventually used it as her comforter when she got old enough. This time around, I'm not getting a set and just buying a nice blanket to use as a comforter.

I have a full size bed in the room already, so we may drape it over the end f the bed.  We will probably also use it in the family room as a blanket for him to lay and play on.

I'll probably just do this. Then when he's ready for a twin bed it can become a blanket for is bed. It's probably a perfect size to play on the floor on!

Hanging it on the wall or draping it over a blanket rack (if I can find one).  Most likely the wall...

The nursery is also our spare bedroom, so we have a futon in there for guests and I figure one of us will sleep there if we're up late with LO.  I'll drape the blanket over the futon for decoration.  I like PP's suggestion of using it for tummy time too.
